Seco Support, support adults and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health difficulties to live in their own homes in the community. We are a friendly and compassionate, person-centred company with significant experience in developing individual packages of support.

We are looking for a Support Worker to Support Tom.

Tom is a 25 year old man who has a Learning Disability, sensory processing disorder and some issues which effect his muscles, heart and brain.

We are looking for 1 more Support Worker to support Tom every week and once a month on respite to support him to live his life.

Tom is very funny and likeable! Has a wicked sense of humour and enjoys peoples company. Tom is very kind, considerate and absolutely loves going out and being active.

Tom would like his new Support Worker to like one or more of the following things;

  • Swimming (this is very important)
  • Tennis
  • Gardening
  • Walking
  • Being very active

To be successful you need to be

  • Patient, kind and caring
  • Genuine Interest in spending time together
  • Similar interests

Qualifications

Must have a full clear drivers licence to drive Tom's car.

Previous experience in Support Work is preferred, but full training is provided.
