Seco Support, support adults and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health difficulties to live in their own homes in the community.

We are a friendly and compassionate, person-centred company with significant experience in developing individual packages of support.

We are looking for Bank Workers in Walsall who are passionate about helping others, have an understanding of Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour and experience in Complex Care that can enhance people’s lives by providing cover day, night and weekends, sometimes at short notice.

As a Support Worker you will be required to work day times, evenings, weekends and to sleep in the service.

Qualifications

NVQ or equivalent preferred but Experience in complex Care is essential.

Full training is given prior to the role starting.
